WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This is our way of letting you know that we got your order! Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for a follow up email containing your tracking number. These tracking numbers are generated as soon as your package is ready to ship. If you do not receive an emails with your tracking number, feel free to contact customerservice@guggenheim.org or 1.800.329.6109 at any time.
DO YOU HAVE (INSERT ITEM) IN STOCK?
Generally, if an item is not currently available on our website, it is not available to purchase online or in the store. Please check back with us frequently. We add new products and update our stock levels on a regular basis.
CAN I SELL MY MERCHANDISE IN YOUR STORE?
All product submission questions and requests should be sent to Guggenheimstore@eventnetwork.com. Any physical samples sent to the attention of our buying team will not be returned.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
No, the Guggenheim Store does not offer gift certificates at this time.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
While we offer only ground services online, on a case by case basis we may be able to expedite your order. If you have any questions about whether your item is available to ship using express services, please contact customerservice@guggenheim.org or 800.329.6109 for more information.
