The Robie House Chicago is widely considered to be Frank Lloyd Wright's most accomplished Prairie Style work, and was designated a U.S. National Historic Landmark in 1963. Completed in 1910, the house is characterized by dominant horizontal lines, banded rows of windows, and spacious and open interior planes.
