The New Yorker visits the Guggenheim, Nightlight
Nightlight 12704 $25.00
Since its inaugural opening in 1959, Frank Lloyd Wright’s Guggenheim Museum has been a favorite subject of the illustrators and cartoonists that have helped make The New Yorker magazine the premier chronicler of New York City. This nightlight features Charles Addams's imaginary discovery of a prehistoric Guggenheim. The illustration, in a black-and-white version, appeared in the June 11, 1960 issue of The New Yorker.
