Artist

Tegu

Tegu is an innovative premium toy company based in the USA with their own manufacturing plant in Honduras. They've created a new twist on an old classic by inventing magnetic wooden building blocks. They are a system where all pieces/sets work together, including our magnetic wooden wheels, which can be added to any set. All sets were developed in the classroom by observing how children play with and use blocks. They started the company for social mission/impact reasons, mainly to provide for job creation and holistic employment in Honduras, the 3rd poorest country in western hemisphere. Today, their CEO lives in Tegucigalpa, hence our name Tegu, and they employ over 100 factory workers. Their wood is all eco-friendly, and our finishes are 100% safe and non-toxic and water based.
